Also, I’m pretty new to this but I’m assuming you’d have to have an LLC in place to accept hard money or money from private lenders? 

I'm pretty annoyed i was lead to this software through bigger pockets. i assumed they vetted the software WELL before partnering and presenting it to their members. 

Thus, heis pretty excited and it has stuck in his head.

Especially not when rates are where they are, inventory is still pretty tight, and rent/unemployment is on thin ice.

Also @Andrew Syrios thank you for your opinion also, it´s pretty much helpful to have different opinions and perspectives, but still difficult to decide when someone it´s just beginning.  

As-is cap rate of 7.5% in my market (kc) would be pretty awesome to buy. 

If you're looking for something turnkey it will be pretty tough. 

Someone can make some money there, but I think you really have to know the city pretty well. 

There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending.
