It seems that people are paying very little attention to it.

Unfortunately BP search for people is less than desirable so had to make a post to try and find people.If you are in the area, love to connect as we have a lot of opportunities (portfolio of assets) that just came our way.

Just wanted to add some caution there because there’s this narrative by the S8 gurus out there that, “these people will live ANYWHERE!

There are people that do flipping in other states while they live in another state from the projects and they are successful, but they have built a team while doing it. 

I am very cautious about stuff like this but if i find anything interesting or worthwhile considering I can let people know.

It was difficult to find reliable cleaners and handymen at first but I have been operating for 2 years now and have found people I like.

I would love to discuss real estate with like minded people over coffee, dinner or virtually
