The seller predetermines before listing how much commission they are paying an agent bringing in the buyer.

You do all the work; they get some predetermined portion of the profits.

Manufactured homes, modulars, etc. are factory built homes, built to a pre determined building standard.

@Deano Vulcano I think it is common if a tenant purchases the property/home that a predetermined fee is stated in the management agreement.  

I had one verbal deal where I was going to put 8 months of a homeowner's mortgage payments in escrow and take profits over a predetermined amount after rehab and sell, but the homeowner could not wrap his head around the deal. 

While I am well aware of my financials, it does not have to provide me a predetermined, abstract return and I am sure as hell not going to leverage it to buy six more properties and then leverage those properties and then...I just love managing.

There is no predetermined rent for any particular property.

Is he getting a pre-determined interest on his loan, regardless of how well the project is working?

It would be great to have a big group of investors with no predetermined sales agenda leading different sessions etc.
