I own a 10.55 acre farm field in PA where I'm looking to put down a large gravel pad.

The land is in a very rural area and is all "unimproved " farm land.

I've always farmed neighborhoods - not working anywhere else but that neighborhood and knowing every street and going into every open house and keeping on top of all listings and sales. 

Hello- I have been spending a considerable amount of time calling multifamily owners in my farm area and keep running into the same problem.

So, I've been approached through a friend for an investment in a large scale hemp farm (couple of hundred acres). 

Hey Attila,I have a 1940's property with knob and tube and its covered by State Farm insurance.

If it matters, I was initially planning on using nreig for insurance on it as it is half of what State Farm wants since they only insure on replacement as opposed to the actual value of the property. 

If you've seen some of my prior posts, you know that I am utilizing a 1031 exchange to defer taxes on some inherited farm land.  

Can anyone advise if they have used them in the past ?or
