With the latest news coming from Wisconsin today and the possibility of 3 to13k jobs being created in the coming years (so they say) who has thoughts on looking into southeast, WI?

As you suggested, we are planning on looking for something that needs work so we can force some appreciation into it to make the deal work.

I plan on looking for a duplex and living in it as my primary residence with my mother for a couple of months or a year, before moving out on my own and leaving her to watch over it, and the tenants in the other unit.Any insight is greatly appreciated, stay safe and well.
