One interesting tip I heard from a friend is they use a phone number with local area code.

I am sure there are exceptions; I have never seen one.  

Some of these Airbnb ones were last minute bookings.If I was only on Vrbo I would have likely missed on on these few Airbnb bookings.

If you're wanting to use leverage to buy more properties, then once your credit is around 680+, one strategy would be to cashout refi your current property at around 50% LTV.

Look at all the population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here - it's absolutely blowing up and Columbus is one of the hottest markets in the entire US. 

One more school district to research could be Parkview! 

They usually are the ones who decide what to do.
