I have columns for obvious things like:Name - Where from - Reason for stay - Dates - Which property - Gross $ Amt - Net $ Amt -I color code the $ amounts so I can see at a glance which hosting platform is making me how much.You will need to tweak the spreadsheet to suit your needs.....Hope this helps.  

I'm sure there are many meetup groups in Dallas where you can go and start building relationships with great operators that might have some active deals.Also, like Todd said, this platform is also great to network with many active investors.

@Eyal Goren I look at the properties on whichever listing platform I choose, Zillow, Redfin, Agent’s website, and figure out which ones meet my requirements.
