Are there any options out there that won't tear away the margin on flips?

With small multi-family, be careful with the neighborhoods in Indy as it is very street by street in some areas.

My area is relatively low crime, but had one place that someone broke a window to get in.... probably a homeless guy looking for a place to sleep....got scared when neighbor turned light on.I put in a SimpliSafe unit... portable, easy to set up, multiple options- you can use a webcam and get alerts on your phone and future tenant can pay for full service if they want. 

Yes, House Hacking seems like the most ideal option when considering my first investment (open to other forms of ownership, such as live-in flips as well).

Assuming they're telling the truth what are my options.

There's nothing wrong with considering them along with other options, but I would be careful thinking they will get you more bang for your buck or a more honest operator.Remember: cheaper doesn't mean you'll make more money.Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

I'm just speaking from a new host standpoint with the interface offered from both platforms, options & booking results, AirBNB is much superior in my opinion. 

So far NNY Homes has stood out as the best available option.
