Sounds like a window mounted AC. 

If it's not a wall-mounted faucet, it's probably just wicking out from the wall.

The office carpet is dirt cheap...but if you have big rooms you will need to get a seam glued together, and it WILL come apart at the seam.

If the GFCI is mounted inside a grounded metal box, those GFCIs are fat enough that the terminals on the sides can touch that metal box if there is any "play" on the screws attaching the GFCI to the box. 

That triangular knockout by the ramp is where someone left the the hitch mounted to the frame.  

Your subfloor may not have been glued down or maybe the glue let go and the nails in the subfloor no longer keeping it tightly fasten to the joist.
