Where I invest (East Central Indiana) there are many used mobile homes for sale (mostly in mobile home parks) and vacant lots for sale. 

That includes a destroyed futon, broken window (the locking mechanism) and other small things.I guess it depends on what you mean by issues.

I used to think that most investors purchasing mortgage notes were clueless as to the mechanics of how it worked.  

I’m actually not worried at all about the mechanics of managing the property, but California’s non-landlord friendly laws scare me to death.
