The need to hoarding is a mental illness.

I was floored how some people live initially but I’ve grown to just accept slob mentality.

It's a next meal mentality there.

It can be a great job, but it also requires a level of mental toughness. 

They introduced me to their mentally challenged son, showed me pictures of their other "personal bay home and boat," and even showed me pictures of their friends $20 million boat with bedroom chambers for the Captain and crew...Know yo ISH!

When you couple experience, knowledge and just the overall half glass full mentality, BP really is second to none.

The mentality of risking someone you loves money can be very...well think of like twenty negative words and they’d all probably fit to complete that sentence.

Evaluation of a NNN or DST or TIC is really more about due diligence on the company leasing the property and lease structure and terms  than it is the property itself.But if your entrepreneurial side is giving you twitches then you may not be satisfied with the set it and forget it mentality of a NNN. 

If you can act automatically and sleep well at night  in that situation, you can mentally make it in the long run in this. 

Lots of growth mentally for myself as well as learning more and more on the industry. 2019 will be a super aggressive year for me.
