The majority of Buyers search 3rd party listing services which also provide listing agent contact info.

Also check hoah.live, they consolidate all HOA's info into a dashboard.

@Shuvrajit Mukherjee - You have to be able to scrape that data from some where pretty easy...a lot of that property specific info is public record.There is a website called chicago cityscape...I am decent friends with the founder....it is sourcing a ton of data that might help. 

I’m very big on having the proper customer support and making sure if I buy something I can contact their support to get more info/refunds etc.
