People who don't diversify sometimes win the lottery and proclaim their genius from the rooftops.

Other commercial props like apts or storage almost can look more like lottery ticket returns.

My guess is some crazy dudes who bought Oakland in the past are getting close to winning lottery type returns coming up.

It's a simple way to find out how valid this is.If 1,000 people have joined and only 2 have closed a deal, you have better odds buying a lottery ticket.
