I think I have good longevity but I don't seek applicants who say they're going to stay for a long time -- those tend to be the tenants that leave the soonest, in my experience.

If the gap is too long, or your career changed, then they typically require 6 months or more of employment to prove your longevity in that new field.Hopefully your move went well.

I compared them to two others and they had what I was looking for across the board; understanding of what I wanted to do with my funds, fees, longevity with my JV partner, an individual I can speak with and not have to go to just anyone who answers the phone.
