Bob I like to think you also listened to me when you sent me examples of what you were looking at and the locations..

I find it quite common that many people listen to the numbers that were thrown out on early episodes of BP and assume those same numbers are realistic today, and that’s just not the case.

Listening to the wrong people can put you in the hole fast.

You have to network, and listen, and show up at the right places, at the right time, seek out the right people, put yourself in the right positions. 

if you listen to podcasts, most successful investors are successful not because they subscribed to the most expensive software and did the most analysis, it was because they built a network.just my thoughts.

Listen, I know you have to make money as no business can be sustained without income. 

Currently I'm listening to "ABCs of Real Estate Investing" and I've subscribed to the BiggerPockets podcast.
