I should figure a way to get more involved cause I'm more of a hands on learner but the auction homes caught my attention.

This will be my first flip and I don't have any real experience doing these things but I'm a fast learner.

Lewis...Lifelong learner..Yes, it's required in any field and you must do it to move forward,  I ask questions, read, attend inexpensive classes/conferences, network, market, etc...It all takes Action...You either spend time or money..I created a lot of time, so I don't like spending too much money...GL
