Ivy league educated economists and professors at ivy league schools have documented this for decades, go actually read instead of thumping your chest about what you think is the case with nothing to back it up.

I have also been a baseball player for the last two years and my income as a minor league baseball player would not qualify me for a traditional or FHA loan.In terms of down payment options I have enough, but not enough to buy all 6 houses.The owners like the idea of keeping the cash flow as they move to retire, and the idea that they may not need to pay capital gains (they bought these houses in 2009-2015 in Las Vegas $$$), but in order to transfer title and ownership they would need to take care of the existing mortgages. 

Take the elevator past residential and go straight into the big leagues at your age and you have a chance at becoming a multi-millionaire.

I just got an apartment complex just outside of Houston (League City) under contract and I'm super excited!

Out west there is Atomic Range, but that is out of my league.

The development around the minor league park and the new UAB football stadium that is being constructed will bring more life into the downtown area with bars and restaurants.

I really want to be able to get the work done by myself (with help of friends/family) and subcontracting out the dangerous/out-of-my-league work I cannot do.

I played at Seminole High, Northwest little league and for every travel team in pinellas county at some point.

It’s the new ones and the bush league ones that do stuff like this.At least it’s not a law student….
