If the person you are looking for left a forwarding address with the post office, it will place a label with the correct address on the envelope and send it back to you.

install the correct two prong  outlets your system was designed for or 2. add gfci protection and label the outlets as such. 

If you install a GFCI with no ground it just has to be labeled NO GROUND AVAILABLE.

These trailers are clearly labeled not for long term use and have no holding tanks.
