Justice is almost never black and white. 

It just takes the 'wheels of justice' a little time to sort it all out.Know that on some county auctions the property may not be free and clear.

However, if that is the case it seems that these new rules are still addressing the wrong side of the issue and placing the burden on businesses/investors versus addressing the actual problem in our justice system or otherwise.

Just look at poor "Bud Fox" at the end of "Wall Street":  SEC, US Postal Service, US Dept of Justice.  

Of course, you cannot guarantee justice from a courthouse. 

IMO, a Justice of the Peace especially in a bigger city, would not appreciate taking up the courts time when a property has been abandonedMy lease(TAR) and TAA leases clearly give the landlord/manager the ability to enter the property at any reasonable time.
