Most folks starting out get that part wrong.Put it this way: the instructor I learned wholesaling from is a 30+ year investor.

The instructor seemed almost disgruntled by my question and responded, "Wholesaling- wholesaling what!?"

However, I've been talking with my instructors and people in the business, and as long as I disclose that I'm an agent and am clear with my intention, then it shouldn't interfere with my wholesaling business.

Foreign language instruction, as you can imagine, is very big in Greece, Every kid whose parents have the means tries to learn and get certified in at least two foreign languages, and one of them is always Englisg.Of course, for me as an ESL instructor, it was obvious that my boss didn't care AT ALL about successfully teaching his private language school clientele, most of the middle-class children of the municipality, pretty much anything about English.

I just think back when I was getting my instrument rating and would ask my instructor how do I tell if there is ice in those clouds or where do I find  or avoid ice.. he just would say Ice is were you find it.so you just have to go looking for it

I have someone in my group who is quite fluent in Excel - his input was valuable developing my Loan Acceleration Example spreadsheet; for the rest, I fell back on my 37 years as a system programmer / IT developer.Interesting, and you have said that you are an instructor in your MLM Direct Marketing group?  

To add to all of the great info already noted above, if you're interested in starting from scratch, building your own model, I recommend Udemy courses from Justin Kivel... great instructor, teaches all kinds of shortcuts, tips, tricks how to be more efficient. 

He happens to be a local "Guru", "Instructor", or whatever label there could be put on someone.
