As much as I would think it would be overpriced, I would be willing to pay the same for a software that met all the metrics a RE investor would want in one single platform.My post isn't about how to make QBO cheaper, its about finding or creating a better system to track property performance, cashflow, debt, cap ex, and all the metrics we want to see along with our accountants.

I just installed a whole kitchen of IKEA cabinets, and they are farrrrr superior to the lower and even some of the mid level cabinets offered by Home Depot and Lowes.The downside is you have to assemble then, but they are much sturdier than the other big box store cabinets.

The second bucket is jet clean it twice a year for $300-$600 and install a flapper valve that prevents it from backing up.

The property appears to have been recently renovated, with a new roof installed in 2020, and the exterior was recently painted according to Google Street View.

Also received a lot of verbal abuse about the +++++ing appliances, my ++++y repair service options, and the incompetence of my homebuilder who tenant says had installed the dryer incorrectly (installed by Lowes, because they won't warranty if anyone other than a professional  they contract with does the installation.

As we were moving stuff out I told him to put anything that was mostly metal off to the side , and we even cut off cords to lamps .

That’s when a team has a chance to prove its metal or run away and hide.You probably do not hear the stories of how most syndicates are finding creative solutions to protect investor capital.

I do not allow tenants to install shelves, TV mounts, or anything that requires large holes.
