I googled it, was that incorrect?

So I maybe incorrect in my thinking but the stability from 4 separate units- to me- seems to be a smart play.

It is reassuring to know we are not the only ones having difficulty getting a contract - at least it is not s.th. we are doing incorrectly!

But either I'm using the search function incorrectly or it just isn't user friendly.I'm rehabbing a small home and am considering the pro's and cons of an external package unit v. a ceiling heating unit.

Tediously go through each report for errors, and go through the complaint / incorrect info process.

Only because I have seen the word "your" used SO many times incorrectly, I just have to point it out.

from what I have been taught, it is always good to make sure that you have rent comoing in that is 1% of the purchase price, and this obviosly depends on the area to but sounds like good advice for meThat's a popular myth that is absolutely incorrect.

If this is incorrect let me know, or if there is a better way of getting fast cash.

Specifically, which lenders are still willing to work with Investors, which would prefer to work with "facilitators"? Maybe we should make a list? Or is there one somewhere?
