Think you will be happier that you took the extra time.

But I do believe I will be happier in the long run, and happier that I can dedicate more time to Real Estate. 

As a part-time broker, I'm much happier with the lower MyStateMLS fees.

I know I’ll be going hungry for a while, and it will set be back on my RE investing and FI journey, but I am confident I will be happier in a agent position. 

I have a tight window of criteria but am happier to go into more detail. 

Focus on what will need replacing when rather than on some cold average number that has no bearing on reality and you will be much happier in the end.

For instance if doing X and Y makes you unhappy, and the partner will do X and Y in the deal, then you will be happier with a new partner.Also, it's a good idea to get to know somebody first before partnering with them.Just my 2 cents.
