Hi Namal - About a year ago I went searching for online property management software for the sole purpose of receiving online payments (I don't use any of the other features). 

However, I do know at MTR summit, co-hosts were offering to include the same feature at much lower rate than my STR PM charges leading me to believe there is some automated way to do this.

They have been a trusted property management software and we use all their features.

These items also have a service life, so It would be intelligent to learn about the different systems features and options that are available to you, perhaps on the Internet.

It’s not a feature a tenant will pay extra for, much less maintain.
