I went to the 3 day seminar in Garden Grove,CA, very little info and mostly upsell.Paul was the speaker and knew how to push his stuff pretty well, quite a few signed for the mastery program, or perhaps they were actors and made you feel like you were missing out by not doing the same thing.

Mind you I haven't pinned down a potential purchase yet as I am 13 months away from making offers.Being that I am going to be an out of state owner, even though duplexes and triplexes are my preferred route for RE investment ( I own a duplex in Los Angeles), I am leaning towards SFRs where the owner will be in charge of things like water, snow blowing and general garden and yard upkeep.

No good.One of my workers rents the other side of the duplex "cousin" lives in, and they've called the police on this "cousin" and her children multiple times for noise disturbances, threats (from the mother and her boyfriend), and vandalization (the kids ripped my my workers vegetable garden and threw the veggies onto his porch!).
