It also has the reporting functionality CPAs are looking for. 

They want you to fall in love with the place and visualize yourself there, so that by the time you get hit with the final price you have FOMO if you back out. 

I have had the cesspit load tested and visually inspected and it passed both tests.

Hundred+ year old homes that needed a full gut, some begging for the addition of a full 2nd story and even digging down in the basement to increase ceiling height and functionality.  

However I'd do a deeper dive into these since some of them hold more functionalities than others.

I do think a clearer visual on these metrics would be great and clear number comparisons, as otherwise I have to do calculations myself and go back to pull up the initial offering memorandum to compare numbers.

Sec. 1.167(a)-(11)(e)(1)(i) provides that property is considered to be placed in service when it is “first placed in a condition or state of readiness and availability for a specifically assigned function” (emphasis added).
