Now, if we franchise our strawberry ice cream stores, sell the idea to others, then we can actually make more than owning one store, just specialize in strawberry franchises and push that buisness. :)

As for the beginning books, I am reading "Think And Grow Rich" which is not as much about real estate investing as it is ...you might say investing in yourself.I haven't read Rich Dad Poor Dad but I have met one of the part owners of that franchise.

There are active investors who trade regularly and make over a hundred thousand dollars in a single day.There are also people who made millions in laundromats, car washes, restaurant franchises, bit coin, timber, farming, cattle, diamonds, oil, you name it people have profited from it.Of course people on BP think it is the best way to generate wealth.

We are NOT concerned about the CA franchise fee or interested in wanting to form in another state (Nevada, etc.) for the possible protection reasons, etc.

You could manage multiple offices, for an owner broker or for the franchise company.
