Tarrant county is so overlooked by landlord investors but it seems the list of large companies building large facilities with lots of employees on the Fort Worth side is never-ending.

Every time I have a big house for lease anything 4/3 and over foster care living owners, sober living owners and assisted living owners have reached out to me.

I assume, with proper management, you could keep employees around and lower the risk of employee turnover. 

For example, an employee of mine bought a cabin to live in in 2014 for $42K.
