Big welcome.. do you have a specific neighborhood in mind, or are you still exploring?

I've been in the market for a property in my agent's neighborhood, which is how we came to find him.

An out of state investment didn’t feel like the right fit for us either.

The neighborhood has been flourishing, making this incident highly unusual.What initially drew me to the property was the potential for high rent and strong cash flow.

Their dealer model is genius.. cars for the most part are computers on wheels .. fit and finish is not up to standard compared to MBZ or Audi etc..

@Matthew C. sounds like you bought in a low demand neighborhood.  

We would prefer to have properties in our neighborhood so we can manage them ourselves. 

Unfortunately, the tenant didn’t think me showing up to have a brief conversation was important enough to fit me in her busy schedule.

Are there any specific neighborhoods you are targeting? 

. - Property type (single-family homes, duplexes, or small multifamily)- Min/max square footage or number of bedrooms and bathrooms- Desired cash flow or ROI metrics to ensure profitability- Property Condition (turnkey, light cosmetic fixes, or heavy rehab)- Neighborhood type (A/B-class areas for appreciation vs.
