Our construction site will just have basic utilities turned on and no wifi.

The dirt is worth about 450k because of the amount of units you can put on it.  

After all expenses, I anticipate a monthly NOI of $1275.That brings us to the third R - Refinance.Is there a lender here who would make a DSCR loan based on a monthly NOI of $1275?

I lend Hard Money, Fix n Flip, DSCR, and Bridge mainly on the investor side.

Those on the lower end of the income scale are more affected by inflation, and companies like dollar stores that cater to them have had a harder time growing sales. 

I am pretty sure on my numbers.
