I have closed assignment deals with Weeks & Irvine, Florence Law Firm, Buxton & Collie and others.

And I personally believe it will be a very long time before we ever see something as damaging as 2008/2009 was, hence why I do my best to try and help those fight their investing PTSD.

If she did provide you with the claim on security deposit within the timeframe then you still have on option to fight her claim if she should take you to court.
