I dont answer a text unless its my wife.. or children or grandchildren.. no business is done over text.2. pretty standard for guys that are shot gunning.. say and do what ever it is to get into contract.3. they prey on unsophisticated sellers by and large.. 4. all sorts of these guys trolling BP not only on the wholesaler side but Faux lenders... so be careful with anyone that comes from any type of media except for real estate brokers through MLS..

I make sure oven and fridge are cleaned up good and that's about it.As for personal belongings, anything real valuable like jewelry or something, we either take with us or stash it somewhere in the garage or something.
