Any ideas on what I could turn it into to help generate some extra profit?

**Regarding TheGuarantors**: They are a reputable company that provides rental guarantees, offering you extra protection.

Every now and then we all need a little extra attention.....no big deal.  

If I need any of them to do anything extra for me, I just work out a payment for that one thing and pay them by action.

If its a New Western deal though I am extremely dubious .. those require extra due diligence as the deals I see coming from them one needs to verify every aspect of what your being told.

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.

Throw in some extra costs like moving expenses, professional photos (a cost the STR PM may also need to pay depending on the quality of the existing photos), renter's and lessor's insurance and a listing on furnishedfinder to round out some of the start-up costs.

You think they would be more helpful but they just don't really care to do any extra.

In my opinion, the marginal protection benefit doesn't justify the extra costs and worse financing terms.
