This happens often but I guess people are too embarrassed or prideful to ask for help or publicize their hardtime.

I am embarrassed to say I did buy in a very wrong neighborhood there and I learned my lesson, but it also has turned me away from Detroit, but I know there is upcoming potential there.

It is embarrassing and a sign you need to focus more when someone says "What do you know about that house over on Elm" and you have no idea.

Keep in mind that this is a sensitive and usually embarrassing time for the homeowner so they may or may not want to talk to you.

That's embarrassing, demeaning and deplorable, especially to someone who is already so self-conscious.
