I am reading mixed reviews of Furnished Finder.

But I doubt you're going to get much info about the tenant outside their lease agreement, voucher mix, and payment history.

For those familiar with this market; what is bringing the guests (tourism, professional, mix of both)? 

The land is also already entitled for mixed use so we have the commercial piece as well.

It does seem that is both a mix of a faulty PM company as well as a picky tenant - not a good combination. 

Try to find a good mix between work and how you want to live.

But each month, they would allow tenants to slow pay their rent, and mix that with ******** expenses that carry over month to month, it was always just a net 0 month.
