This site is great if you are looking to invest into real estate, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, crypto, or tax and legal guidance.The site has quite a few tools that can be helpful for new members.

It seems to be astronomically different from what I have read in this book and the book 'one rental at a time' (along with things like rich dad poor dad etc) But keen to see all the pieces of the puzzle come together as I learn more.I have ZERO experience in property, I invest in Shares and Crypto and my partner has a 1 bedder (120k owing) that we rent out, We were looking to buy a home for ourselves but the market seems ridiculous atm and anything we had liked (small 3bedder single family home) I just don't think is worth 900+K and pushing our loan plus repayments to the max.

Just trying to search for that one person (or a team) who is in it to win it on both sides of the coin.  

I am talking more about a common laundry room with coin op machines. 

Then there is buy take title light fix up resell  that has been coined wholetailing  :)  at least on this site.Then there is buying and doing major reno and reselling  this is wholesaling or another term is fix and flip ??

Found them via a crowdfunding platform as a way to pay from the phone app.Parking some money in US dollar Coin on Circle a merchant account we set up to take payments online. it looks straight and pays 7.70% on our account balances.

keep in mind most investor on BP of course like to regurgitate this mantra" I am a cash flow investor  Appreciation is gambling "  LOL  not sure who coined that term but it sure is prevalent on this site. the stuff I am funding for others rents are more in the 700 to 900 range.. from what I can see..
