When I was in my 20s and 30s, it was easy to get a hotel room or rental home, spot on the beach, table at a restaurant, and traffic was a nonevent. 

We are working with a branch of a national lender, but have 2 spots open in our pilot program for other RE professionals. 

Permissive ADU laws are a bright spot in CA, since they allow more ways to generate income from a property.

I know trailers are very popular and even considered renting out spots.

The existing pond should be plenty compared to our 8 acre spot and its pond.
