We operate in Lake and Porter county in Indiana and in Cook, DuPage, McHenry, Lake counties in Illinois too!

The key is knowing if a national or regional tenant would want to go in there.Larger spaces I have seen entertainment complexes, workout facilities, churches, indoor trampolines, outlet stores, etc.Additionally you can take a large space and cut it up to lease to multiple tenants at higher rates per sq ft.   

Big auto manufacturers are locating new facilities in the South AND the weather is better.

So then I ordered an eviction with Cook County, IL.

Might there be problems with denying both tenants use of the kitchen, bathroom, or other facilities as you rehab?
