That would probably be my confront zone to start out, however, I'm open to any other areas/suggestions to take a look at. 

I'd approach the bank and the appraiser in a non-confrontational way, and try to learn all you can.

Dealing as a licensee or for your personal investment is generally irrelevant to advertising requirements.Licensees trying to wholesale will likely be confronted with various thin lines to walk, the more you try to make wholesaling the thinner the lines get, for most agents, it's not worth the effort, they can easily go down the conventional road, list it, take a commission and move on without issues.

Wasn't confrontational or anything as he wasn't home but still doesn't make me feel that great, not a fun part of the investment process :(.

If by chance this happens, it is best to not confront the beast but to keep your distance until the courts can set it free!

One other thing is I received an email from the guy that he read THESE comments in this thread and confronted me about it.

In many countries any contract results in a confrontational system; sometimes it's helpful to educate people from these countries that it's better to collaborate.  

I confronted the Realtor and told them they needed to find me a Tenant for free.

I confront him about "wholesaling" this deal and he says "no no no they just don't know which company they are going to take the deal down in" ... which we all know is code for "of course we're wholesaling this ya idiot."
