It's interesting that prior to the Great Real Estate Crash of 2008-2010, I'd NEVER heard of Flat Fee management fees.Not sure who the first company was that came up with them (post if you know!)

The cost to maintain them probably wouldn’t be exactly 8x as compared to the single 8-unit, but it sure as hell isn’t a 1-to-1 ratio either. 

Spoke with the seller a few month prior to contracting.

I know you mentioned other units are listed comparably but asking price is not the same as rented price.

I looked at the comparable home sales and felt like the prices he wanted left me with enough room to make some money.

and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them. 

I often see him comment on threads where Costa Rica is mentioned saying that Costa Rica isn't a good investment compared to the investments that he does for himself and others in countries like Mexico.  

I recommend comparing lenders to make sure you get some good terms and financing options for your next investment!

Most people really don't understand this fact (myself include prior to moving here) and it can trip you up if you don't have reliable "boots on the ground" or a thorough understanding of neighborhoods and blocks.

I just want to compare the real estate and stock market investment.
