There are a few mentions of it on Bigger pocket forums, but I'm still not getting the whole picture.I found a comprehensive course by William Tingle for $297, but I'm leary about paying much for courses anymore since I've fallen into the trap of paying thousands of dollars on courses, seminars, boot camps, coaching, and mentoring.Does anyone know if this course contains quality information and resources on this subject?

.—(1) When a deed or other recorded instrument in the chain of title contains restrictions and covenants running with the land, as hereinafter defined and limited, the restrictions and covenants shall survive and be enforceable after the issuance of a tax deed or master’s deed, or a clerk’s certificate of title upon foreclosure of a tax deed, tax certificate, or tax lien, to the same extent that it would be enforceable against a voluntary grantee of the owner of the title immediately before the delivery of the tax deed, master’s deed, or clerk’s certificate of title.

Bulk salt, oils, vinegars and tons more.TP, paper towels, small soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, tea, creamers, Splenda and sugar packets, disposable cups, inexpensive food containers to take food home, Ziplocs, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap....on and on.I believe is providing a lot of stuff like that for guests.
