Starting to dream about building a trendy tiny home /  container home community in our local mountain town that has become insanely unaffordable to the  locals.

It started with the "heartbreaking" single family houses, full of run down yards, overgrown trees, ceramic sewer pipes, leaking galvanized water pipes and Cochroaches throughout.

Have you looked into shipping containers?

There are a few mentions of it on Bigger pocket forums, but I'm still not getting the whole picture.I found a comprehensive course by William Tingle for $297, but I'm leary about paying much for courses anymore since I've fallen into the trap of paying thousands of dollars on courses, seminars, boot camps, coaching, and mentoring.Does anyone know if this course contains quality information and resources on this subject?

That was actually the nicest part of the trip because of the drinks but, seriously, we would shared our conversation and my friend would debunk the stories my girlfriend had been told during that day and those contained in all the emails she had been receiving prior to the our.
