And I'm sure there are some QI's out there looking at the escrow accounts as their own investment candy store and willing to treat you as a passive partner who brings the cash.

Not as cheap as some places but compared to SJO you'll feel like a kid in a candy store.

There will be a "kid in a candy store" moment when you start realizing all of the properties you COULD buy if you wanted to, then you will realize that there  are actually only one or two out of 25 that actually make sense for what YOU want as an investor.

If it does come out to be a smaller issue you can look into doing your own treatment via some chemicals I can recommend.I'm near a university and I frequently take my literature or correspondence to the tutoring center with some candy and get students to translate it for me.
