From my experience late night operators are tougher on common areas, and will generally collect more trash (just CAM back to tenant).

Need to speak to your attorney before entering a residence with a body cam, understand the expectation of privacy and what you can and can't film in private. 

If this is a NNN, will you be able to charge market for CAM?

We air bnb'd our whole home last week and we have security cams in the common areas.

CAMS has a good reputation around town. 

It is important for a landlord to fight for every provision in their favor for a lease because when you go to sell the center if you obligate the buyer to future reduced rental increases, non-cumulative caps on cams, etc. then buyer will want higher cap rate to compensate on the purchase.
