I’m a handyman and I work with a few rental properties and do some projects that range to the small stuff like hanging doors, repair trim and drywall to new flooring installs, painting, appliance repair, yard work and repairing your usual leaky faucet..The issue I’m having currently is I have just gotten into contact a couple days ago about a flooring job.

I am hanging on to it for a few more years until I get enough properties that I won't miss the ridiculous cash flow (basically I'll give up the cash for less of a headache). 

I have a client with an STR in the mountains outside Denver who has a hot tub, a sauna, hanging lounge chairs on the deck, a pinball machine and arcade games.

So like I said: find some active investors and hang out with them 😅
