Unless you're near Brush Creek (does 64131 go that far north), Indian Creek, or The Blue River, or by some chance the property is relatively low (I mean noticeably, like you're standing at it and every street away from it goes uphill), I wouldn't worry about it.

The aforementioned Rustoleum paint does not show brush marks like most latex paints, and holds up much better.
