Last night I was browsing and thinking about opportunities to invest in Playa.

If I were in your shoes, I'd start browsing BP's South Carolina forum and see who's commenting frequently. 

I found this property just on HAR, I was browsing through properties in the area and decided to take a look at multifamilies (and as you probably know, I didn't exactly have a lot to sift through) and I found the place.

I'd look at a couple of places...Gainesville due to proximity to the casinos where there is very little housing...and maybe Commerce where there is growing university.   

Start browsing the mls or zillow to see what is offered in your area, go to some open houses, network.Good luck on your classes!

For education, I'd recommend browsing this forum (wholesaling forum) every day.

Go to the local pony track or closest casino to his house and you will see him there with defeated eyes.I fell for the bs pitch on giving more money to get my original money back once as well, won't ever happen again!

Looking for my first rental property, and I am seeing absolutely nothing on market that would adhere to any of the fundamental analysis that I learned on the BP podcast and from browsing these forums.
