Can you make a trip in person to KS, talk to some brand new folks totally unconnected to everyone previous, and try to strategize as @Michael Smythe said? 

Brand new homes typically don't produce enough income to justify the purchase price, particularly in today's market.

If you're not a plumbing expert, hire a scope pro who understands plumbing and can walk you through everything (or have a trusted plumber watch the scope with you and explain it).I once bought a property where the seller had just installed a brand new sewer line.

In my mind it was close to Pensacola, and it was a brand-new build and should have no problems renting out.  3 years later after working with an experienced investor/agent have had nothing but headaches. 

Briefly this is a 4bdr/4bath 2400 sq ft townhouse in North Hollywood, built brand new in Nov 2021.

So I need a low price on the house and low cost on the financing. .Right now I don't think we'd qualify for another traditional mortgage, since we are on a single avg. income personally and are a brand new LLC...no experience in investing.
