I have received multiple DMs from terrified members intimidated by wealthy sponsors, asking them to pull down their forum posts, even though they claim they posted truthful information.We will rectify that power dynamic. 

I received the same treatment from each person I spoke to, the broker of course thought it was me, until one of them yelled at him and could not answer his questions. 

While having a few vacant units I keep on receiving applications from tenants with a nice percentage of these applicants have in their record an eviction..Question to everyone, Would you even entertain an application  with an eviction on their records if you own properties in lower income area's?

@Matt Wan you've received some excellent advise here.

Here I have contact info, lease info, AC filter, trash day etc plus all the income and expenses.Then I have a Master tab that has all properties, so I have the big picture of gross rents received.

Listen to the advice you've received from many others, and let the HOA/Condo Board resolve the issue.
