Usually that means water/ sewer bills through Cleveland Water and NEORSD.

We were able to work a deal in the last 2 weeks before it was finalized, we had to pay the max amount of interest for back taxes and water bills and liens on the property.

I just have 5 units and am doing other work to help pay the bills in addition to doing all the property management myself (upkeep, repairs, cleaning in between tenants, mowing, finding & interviewing tenants etc).   

I was hoping to gather recommendations from the community both for a service that allows automated ACH billing without the additional property management software suite and also services that include these additional features that you might recommend we consider.

While Quickbooks is not the cheapest, it is very intuitive and saves me a little on my accounting bill because they a) don't need to do the bookkeeping, and b) it comes to them in a format they can quickly review and add to my tax filings.I believe, as long as you have fewer than 5 properties, Zillow is a free option to use.  

If it's internal then good luck getting them to share the invoice because it's not uncommon for extra hours to be billed for profit or when handyman hours are short that week.Scope:  What was the scope that they repaired?
