That’s why I recommend an easier, more predictable way to generate cash: Lease Options and the 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆.

They seemed good, and looks like they have prior experience managing the building I’m buying (based off the leases that were submitted to me) but way to expensive to what I’m use to … $137 - $184 per door (over 10%) and then $750 per door for the maintenance reserve. 

So far, the best deal I have been able to find is 5% down with no PMI (80% from Fannie and another 15% from a second lender).

I've never heard of someone not generating leads from a sign.You may not have the best call to action or landing page for your listing leads if you haven't seen any traction.Cell phone #s and emails on listing signs did not convert well for me.

house was built half way onto my lot.. owner of house went to court he only had to pay what half of the lot was worth at the time.. so no big win.. more like a big hassle

As a medium-term rental, you'd be in better position to be connected with Insurance Company that way.
